I’m an eternal optimist, an animal lover with a weakness (or is it a strength?) for rescuing, a huge fan of the natural world and the great outdoors (we can walk in nature for your sessions if you’d like), a problem solver, pet owner, beginner gardener and advocate of kindness and care in my life and relationships. I’m learning about the links between physical and mental health and I absolutely love working with each and every one of my clients.
